Got a new F5 recently primarily to find jewelry but it has a mind of its own and wanted to find a bunch of clad and a Barber dime first...so I let it.
Today it felt like performing the task I bought it to do.
From a neighbor's lawn I have been hunting for a week, most targets average to be from the 40's in the lawns around here but the homes were built in the mid to late 20's so it could be older.
Beat up, dinged, scratched and dented and the hinge broke the second I picked it up but that's ok...when I cleaned the dirt off I saw the 925 so all is well.
Love it when a plan comes together!
