A suggestion for the forum

Isn't there a way for us to have the downloadable patterns that users put here in there posts stay at the top of the form in one post that has no replies possible? That way you don't have to go thru pages and pages to retrieve them.I went after one of "Andy's" posted patterns and it took for ever.This is the Etrac forum and it would be helpful. I know you can go to the Minelab site and get some.

I asked for the same.....some 10 months ago. Thought it was a good idea back then.

You can download a few patterns from Minelab's website....but not deposit any.

or as you said, get them from the posts that some of us have made or submit a post that contains the *.ptrn file.

None the less , somewhere to "park" our pattern and mode creations to try would be good.

Todd, knowing this is probably not the answer your looking for, I offer this suggestion:

Go to thebeepgoeson.com and click on downloads.

You will find some patterns there and may be able to send in yours.

The Xterra Forum has a FAQ FAQ at the top, that has a listing of helpful hints on the detector. Same thing could be used here. The moderator would need to be in charge of what is saved.
