A simple flower picture...........

New member
I took this simple flower picture this morning using my Sony NEX-6 camera and the vintage Tokina 35-200mm F4-5.6 zoom lens that I recently purchased. I used the following settings: F5.6, 1/320, ISO 200, Daylight White Balance, manual focus, Manual Mode, lens set at approximately the 180mm mark on the lens barrel. I used a tripod and remote shutter mode. The verdict is still out as to whether or not this lens is a keeper. I want to take a few pictures out in the field before making the final decision. I do suspect that this lens will end up being a keeper. Kelley (Texas) :)

sure looks like it would be a keeper. Beautiful color and sharp focus with good bokeh. Keep em coming...love to see the progress as you test the lens out.

I would say it's a keeper also. When I clicked on the picture, it came alive. Such beauty. Thanks for sharing it with us.

and take a few pictures. I sure would like to get a few good pictures using this lens. Kelley (Texas) :)

Be careful out there and don't push yourself too hard. One day at a time......... take care!
