A silver hammered coin today and...

I am curious as to where your hammered silver and some of the other goodies come in on the X-Terra70.
 
the hammered hit at 14 VDI but there was a nail or a small piece of iron very close to it, within a few inches, I almost did not dig since the weather was so crappy. HH, Mike
 
I think it would be interesting to the rest of us if you could take mental notes for a couple hunts.
When the ground thaws maybe others could do the same and we could share notes. A great chance to offer the forum some useful info.
 
Awesome finds again, Mike! A 1200 year old town? I think Iowa was still under a glacier at that time :lmfao:
