I used to travel extensively up and down the East Coast going to Drag Race Events. This image was taken at Rockingham NC at an IHRA event.
Image was scanned from film to Kodak Photo CD.
It's an example of panning the camera with flash. Notice the background blur and slight motion blur of the car.
