a short spin to test out the new blue phones

Those headsets are super loud, to compensate for under water hunting. All you have to do is insert a piece of foam in each cup, which should cut back on the volume. Another alternative, as long as it's quiet around you is just wear them around your neck and you should still be able to hear some audio.

Yep

Agreed. You can also cut some inner tube type rubber to fit inside each earcup to reduce the volume. They are made to be so loud so as to compensate for the sound of bubbles exhaled through regulator while scuba diving.:garrett: Happy Hunting!:)

the blue phones are much nicer than the excalibur yellow phones...............nicer meaning more comfortable.

the part about wearing around your neck is goooood.

as far a plugging the holes..............i have been plugging excalibur holes for over 15 years and grayghost phones as well, since i am not diving with them. I do have one set of grayhosts that i use for diving that i do not plug up...............

i did not just get off the pickel boat here.

good luck, heading for 10:30 low tide now with se pro and at pro

lots of wind yesterday and last night.

My dealer made me up a set of Grey Ghost Underwaters for my AT Pro that sure are nice!! No outside sound in the short time I got to use my Pro before it had to go off to the Garrett
Hospital (pinpoint no workee)....dangit!! Sure are comfortable 'phones!!!
