A short hunt, a silver kind of morning.

At the beach with the Ace 150 from 5am to 7am, before work. Wanted to check out how the sand was after we got the edge of a typhoon yesterday. The waves must have been reasonably big because they reached right up to the concrete walkway and moved quite a bit of sand around too, but nowhere near as big as some direct hit typhoons last year. Does look good though and most of today's finds were up near or on the surface of the beach. Spent most of my time picking up surface pull tabs and bottle tops, hundreds of them! Each one will save me LOTS of digging time in the future so I look at it as time very well spent. ;) There were a few Japanese people busy collecting shellfish that had washed up - I guess they were all wondering why I was picking up pull tabs! :)

1,344 yen in coins (about US$12)
Three silver rings.
Swatch watch, still running.
Two game tokens next to the rings.
