My cousin lives in Gulf Breeze,who we visit every year.I love Navaare Beach,but have never detected there.What are the restrictions to metal detecting? I don't understand what is so scary,could you explain,please?
 
Hi Jim,

I can't think of any beach hunting restrictions (other than staying off the dunes, of course) in Navarre off the top of my head, but that's not to say there aren't any. But it is mostly public beach, so you should have plenty of real estate to scour. The "scary" part is that they're currently dredging which, in most cases, makes our job as MD'ers alot less interesting.
