A relic hunt with the G2 today

Jason in TN

New member
Got in some relic hunting in today hunted two pounded spots because that is all I have for relics right now. This is my third hunt with the G2 and the more I use it the more I like it.
Hunted today in disc mode 100% on the sensitivity man it runs quite not a peep until I hit a target. Hunted with disc at 30 let's the large iron come in loud and clear small iron gives a grunt and you can move right on. This allowed me to easily pick out the shell frag also got a deep three ringer about 12inches deep gave a nice quite good signal. Those are easy to hear because it runs dead quite until you hit something. Also got a burnside cartridge in great shape most of these are smashed or falling apart when I dig them. Got the front off a C eagle button first C for me have got lots of regular ones and some I's and A's. So far the G2 is a keeper for relics.

Took mine out yesterday for a little while found some coins and a small gold charm. Could'nt believe how deep it nailed a dime and pin-points great. I'm thinking it will be a button and bullet magnet. Raining today so I'm going to air test some buttons and buckles. Those are some nice finds you have. Were they very deep? I'm from TN. also Roane County. HH :teknetics:
