A Quick hunt today

I marked an area 4x4 with golf teees
and spnet less than a nhr scanning it all
different ways

87 cents including a 1956 Wheat and a 1964 nickle
and this stuff.. the figure is some action hero i guess
( anyoines Kids know?) and the tractor is made in England by Lesny
Ill look them up later to see how old it might be it was down 4 inches

:usaflag:I gotta try marking an area sometime. Seems like you can pick up on stuff you would'nt have otherwise. Have you had a lot of luck doing that?
 
actually Mcdave its the 1st time ive tried it ..
it does make you concentrate a bit more ..
at least it does me..and it sure slows things down
anyone who isnt patiant would go nuts doing it ..
I figure sooner or later Ill find a really good spot
with a lot of olderstuff so I wanna be ready!!!

Cool finds Ron! Next time you're at Lowes, Menards, etc....check-out the construction marker flags (they're by the marking tape), you can get a bundle of them for next to nothing. 18" wires with about a 3"X3" plastic flag attached. Nice for gridding-off an area, or marking targets to dig later.
