...I need to know if there is a way to download still photos from video footage.We recently had a 50th anniversary at our church;and part of the celebration was the removal of a time capsule from the wall;and the subsequent opening of it....I recorded it with my cam-corder;and want to post some still pictures from the footage on Christuan Treasure Hunters forum.How About It??Is it possible to do it??Thanks,Dogface Steve!!
 
There are several ways but the simplest probably is to to run the video file (likely it's in the .avi format), stop it where you want and do a print screen. This should put that frame in the clipboard and you can open a graphics program, etc and open new and paste.

Worth a try anyways.
