Just wondering if this would be appropriate -
I have a detector up for trade on the classifieds. I've done many, many deals on this forum, and lots of posts. Lets say someone offers to trade detectors with me, and the other person is a newby with very few (if any) deals or even posts. Basically no reputation at all on the forum.
Would it be appropriate for me to request that they send their detector to me first, and then I'll send my detector after theirs is received?
Seems that this would be a win-win for both parties. The other person could tell by my feedback and "vouches" that they could trust me. In turn, I would be able to vouch for the other person after the deal.
Thanks for any input.
