A public school grounds keeper gave me the bad news

He'd been liming a soccer field, and came over to chat after he was done. Told me I got till June to hunt this field, Their going to strip the whole thing, and lay down astro turf. Than the really bad news came. My two honey holes, Ele. school playgrounds are going to dry up real fast. The schools are going paperless lunch money. Yep the keeper says he and his pals always found Treasure, sweeping the schools and cleaning the buses. It's all gone now. Zorn oh Zorn !! Things get any worse, I'll have to take up Relic hunting.

If they are going to strip it, that sounds like better news. You should try and get in there before they lay down the afro-turf.

Kids will still have coins to lose maybe not as much and if they strip that soccer field find out where they'll take the dirt too.
and go detect that .

That's good news! Just ask the groundskeeper to let you in after they strip it and before they lay the astroturf. They'll take several inches of soil off the top so you'll be that much closer to the deep treasure! They do all the work and you reap the rewards...
