Hey there everyone,Got a new personal best for sharps, and burnsides. Its 58 for the day.
Hit an area near the old cavilry camp that i have been hunting for the last year or so and The place seemed to come alive with bullets.
I also dug a campfire with a broken whiskey bottle and a burnside casing. Then I hit this heart pounding silver signal. A first for me.A seated Half Dime.1857<img src="http://www.findmall.com/gallery/albums/userpics/13167/ebseated01.jpg" alt="" />
Also dug a canteen spout,a sharps casing,a cartridge box finial, and some rivets and buckles from a backpack.
Can anyone tell me about how far apart the campfires were an a cavilry camp? I have found about 4 of them so far and they seem to be in a stright line, but not the same equal distances. Each one seem to have only one broken wiskey bottle and some casings in them.
Well hope everyone gets that heart poundin silver sound in your ears next time out.
