A one page comparison chart for all the Tesoros

New member
I already tried to get to the Tesoro official web page with many search engines, no go, must be down for maintenance.

Does anybody have a link to a one page comparison chart for all the Tesoro metal detectors ? Thanks

HaRM

Good site & it has a link to Tesoros site for a comparison chart (thats what I wanted) but it won't load, goes to a search engine error...they must be down for maintenance or have been hacked by some moron.

Will try later.

Thanks HaRM

Must be down ! I was unable to go to there site also  I used my bookmark and a link from this site, with no luck:confused:

This may help, don't recall what they used to check depth with and I'm not sure if it was a ground or air test.
Now if you want to compare features between models visit my website:
http://www.treasurelinx.com/tesoro.html
There are individual catalog sheets you can download for the info.

no hawkeye model is listed

Thanks for all the replys. Glad I'm not the only one that can't get to Tesoros web site, more than likely their just doing some site maintenance over the long weekend. I was looking for a comparison chart for the current tesoro models and the features between them ----will just have to wait for their site to come back up.

Sven, that check site is great, I saved that on my favorites.

That depth chart is awesum, printed out a copy__________Only thing is it does'nt have is my machine on it___a Conquistador uMax, but with the other machines listed gives me a ballpark figure. YOU ROCK ! ! !

Sorry about the issues on our Website. We will have back up and running as soon as possible.

I wonder if the depth being shown on the Silver uMax is with the the 9 x 8 web coil or the larger web coil everyone is talking about.

Depth to what?

I would assume it is with the stock brown donut coil.

The chart says it's with the "web coil".:)

actually lists both donut (polo) and spider (web coil) as to which spider probably the 8x9.

Did some checking, and found a link to more tests & charts

I'm thinking maybe it could be the big 12x10 spoked coil.

I own that one and it does go deep, about 21/2 inches (on a qtr.) more then the stock coil in an air test.

Good hunting

Sven,

Da, did'nt see the other coil for the silver & polo to me is something the British do on horseback  not a donut coil.

Guess my education is lacking.
