A Nice Fall Day Hunt With My GTI 2500 :detecting:

Got out for a great fall hunt in the woods surrounding an old lake today. The GTI 2500 got me a ring, a silver coin and an old bret. I also got a silver plated spoon, with lots of plate left, so I can fabricate another spoon-ring when freeze-up arrives. My buddy with a GTI 1500 also came along, as he bagged a day off from work.

Here are the best finds today. The ring needed a little work, so I straightened it up a bit, polishes it and added a gold (not) pearl. My buddy got a couple of silver dimes with his GTI 1500.

I forgot to say, I went out for a short time this evening and didn't find squat except for a beautiful bobbles and bangles bracelet.. Soon as I can pry it of the little woman's wrist I'll post a pic.
