Greetings all.....Have had my X 70 about a month now..... Been reading this forum a bit longer..... Decided to buy the 70 from what I've read on here......so far... found alot of coins...nothing valuable yet.....went last week to the el paso mountians, gold nugget Hunting. I have alot to learn there..... no gold But, alot of Bullets...boot tacks and other metal junk... Had a blast though...Be asking You alot of questions I 'm sure....A great forum Ya'll have here.
 
This is a good forum,their is a good bunch of guys with a lot of experance so dont be afraid to ask questions.

Sounds like you're off to a great start with the XTerra, Steve. I guess, from what I've heard, gold hunting is quite challenging, but the X70 is up to it.

Welcome aboard; lots of great people and advice to be had right here. Keep coming back.
 
Anyone wielding any detector be it a minelab or not is a pleasure to meet. Welcome to the forum! Hey good luck with the gold hunting if you keep at it you will find the yellow stuff.....the XT-70 loves a challenge.
