A new life for the Cortes!

I bought a 5.75 coil for the Cortes and I like it much better with the small coil. I took it to a vacant lot in town. There isn't much there but now there is even less!
I found this 1912 UCV reunion medal and a Yankee .22 casing, they used these starting in 1864, I have a whole dropped .22 I found at another site in town. Always check those .22 casings for a US on the bottom.

Jbow that's a great looking medallion you turned up, that's interesting about the old .22 cases!
I really was impressed also with the 5.75" coil also.
Gives great separation in junky areas, nice and light too.

You know what,my wife won't take hers off her Cibola ~ even on the beach !
Boy she's patient...
