Hi Guys,
Here's a few digs from this past weekend. Everyday that you can get out in late December to detect is certainly a gift. I tried digging nickle hits in hopes of finding a gold ring or two. After finding 58 of them ... I figured out that it was hopeless. However, there were a couple of war nickles in the mix. Also managed to recover a bit of silver along with a few rotted wheaties and three Indians (Two were fatties). The two minie balls and a clay marble were an added bonus.
