weather conditions: 27deg F, winds 15-20mph, feeling in toes after 1 hour 0%. Couple pieces of 925, silver GW quarter with date worn off, oldest verified coin 1958 Jeff. Bare sand is caused by a brook inlet.

And oh the little rock, has a reddish ring, probably iron of some nature. This rock can be found in AM, ID's as ferrous in disc, can be pinpointed. Tried to GB against to see if it would be rejected, but still detectable as ground signal is stronger, however does cause GB point to shift.
