Started the weekend out with a water hunt. I met up with dgravedigger at an old lakeside swimming area. He whooped me at finding silver with a 1913 barber dime and a silver Canadian 5 cent piece that was made into a love token, forgot my camera so I couldn't get pics of those. I ended up with an Indian head penny, V-nickel, shield nickel, a junk ring and a cool lifeguard whistle. The coins are in real rough shape so the pics aren't that great. On Sunday morning I headed out alone to the same lake to hunt around some of the old cabins in the woods and had some more luck with the two silver quarters, mercury dime and silver war nickel. I wish all weekends were this good.
