A little gold & silver today

Hit some parks today , had some luck in the jewelry dept. Dug 59 coins, 13 were nickels, but no oldies. Got the frequent live bullet. Also got a plastic head of a guy.

The ring is not silver but sure looks good. The dolphin is silver, you can see my sloppy black test stain. The 15 inch necklace is stamped Italy & 417, as is the Catholic pendant. 417 is the European form of 10 K. You can see the opened ring that allowed the necklace to be lost. Steve in so az

good grab on the chain! Was the pendant still on it? I have only found one chain that was bare.

Yes, the pendant was on it. I have dug a couple chains bare but most are, like you say, attached to a pendant, Steve
