A Little Explore...

..today was a moderate enthusiasm day. I took a little spin through the fair grounds, for the quota. I broke my own advice to Judy while there and mostly did a little cherry pickin - I wasnt into all the diggin after foil and light bulbs. Here are the results:

See in the pic the usual suspects in the upper middle - - next to that in the upper left is a treasure I found in the fridge at home: $4.79/6 at BI-LO. Middle pic are a pair of found gloves, perfect for the upcoming cold season. Also a car audio remote(useless), a trailer running light base(worthless), a ball bearing of some kind(feckless) and hoop earring #4.

Here's the claddage. 77 coins for $6.07 and 1 CANADIAN cent, 1972 (Darn things, I cant even spend such a princely amount!).

After the quota, I went in search of some silver. I hunted up the hint of an old sanitarium that catered to consumptives as late as the 1930's. I suspect someone has built a home on top of the site, but I will keep at it. On the other hand I found deer heaven - the place was littered with tracks and I have permission!

I may break out the shotgun w/ slug barrel and set up a blind.

I'll get there eventually. I'm tenacious at best. I'll be plugging away each day till the snow flies. Coming spring I should know more than today. (always the optimist). Great findings. I'm practicing what YOU preach and thanks. Judy.

... a clue to greater things, if you will. "Turning down the SENS" is different for each of us, given our own circumstances. You'll know when it's too much and at that point you'll do better to reduce it than to suffer with all the noise and false signals.

Having your SENS too high used to be likened to driving with headlights in a deep fog. Nice and bright, but you cant see two feet!

...and much of the best came from you, over the years. Thanks, man!
