Confused

I stopped off at a small park here in Long Beach on the way home from work for a couple of hours. I was getting a bunch of clad on the surface and I was getting kind of frustrated, because I wasn't getting any deep signals. Finally I got a good 12-47 about 7" deep up pulled the 1959 Quarter and then the ring soon after only a few inches deep. Any body know what it says on it?
