I had weird experience when I had one of the first T2 detectors. I was having an issue with it so I called customer service for help. I got a young lady who transferred my call. Guess who answered. Dave Johnson. Since I had one of the first T2's, Dave gave me the entire history of it's development along with his history. At the time I had no idea of his credentials, but I really took a liking to him. He told me to call and ask for him anytime. I did contact him one more time when I heard he was sick and even then, he was extremely upbeat.
