A little airtest data for the Edge 5 inch coil.

First, took the new 5 inch coil for a short spin after work to make sure Sens could be run at Max(10)in my area, no problem she could.

So some airtests this AM at Max Sens.

even a few zincs that were about 5-6". The depth of the C$ 5" coil is deeper then my GT&i 4" scorcher coil. I had the sensitivity cranked all the way up to 10 with no falsing at all. But when I hunted around and under picnic tables and benches, I would drop the sensitivity down to 5 so as not to have feedback from the metal frames.
 
That pretty dang good on a small medallion and the others aren't bad either. Thanks for the info Bill!

I just wish you guys would quit calling it a 5"er. ;)
 
1. Arrived at lake & parked car.
2. Got all my gear on and headed for the lake.
3. Got onto the beach and a very large piece of static electricity struck the other side of the lake.:shocked:
4. Walked back to the car and drove home.

I ain'ta fraid of no static lectricity, yeah right.
