A Kays Jewelry medallion can anyone ID it?

[attachment 110779 Finds-11-16-08-1.JPG]Found this in a turn of the century park. I think it is copper. It has a scorpion & a woman on the back and the word "November".
Anyone ever seen anything like it? Also the other "coin" looks to be foreign....any ideas?
 
We have many kay's Jewelry stores here in NY, but I have never seen one of those tags???

Well the first one seems obvious to me, the kay jeweler one i havent a clue, as for the first, something to do with horoscopes, scorpio sign november is the main part of the sign
