A great day detecting at Digging in New England

It looked like everyone was having a great time at yesterday's event. It was a long ride for CTTodd and I, about three hours each way. I got to meet some people I only knew through Facebook which was nice. My best finds of the day were a King George, some buttons a musket ball, some silver, and some wheat cents.....

I Always Call Detecting In New England Disney Land For Detectorists :twodetecting:

But I Do Have To Say That That I Or Others Have Found The Same Things In NYS
But Does Not Seem As Easy Or Frequent :) Just Saying

It was fun to go with you Gary. Your finds were great too

Good times...

Someone commented to me earlier today that the KG is actually a Woods Hibernia coin, so it dates from 1722 to 1724. I am glad someone that is very knowledgeable out there is looking at my finds closer than I am ! Ha...

Ha, I like that Bandit "Disneyland for Detectorists"

Good finds Gary one of these days I would like to attend a hunt like that, sorta long drive from Ohio though!:detecting:

I would love to meet you in person Tony, let me know if you ever come this way. .
