I just bought the 5X8 coil for my AT PRO a week ago and it is one heck of a coil. It finds coins like crazy in places I have hunted for years. I have found no silver yet except possibly for this pin or bracelet charm. It looks like the jewels may be 5 sapphires surrounding a small diamond. I will need to have a jeweler look at it. It is probably junk but was found a 5 inches deep and sounded off in the coin range. The heart is 5/8 inches wide Good hunting to you all.
 
Nice-- is there any markings/# on the back that would indicate sterling?
 
I also bought the 5X8 coil and I think it is awesome. Very good in trashy areas and gets great depth.
 
Everytime someone comments on the 5X8, it is so positive. I think I'll have to give it a try as I usually am in junky areas looking for coins or jewelry.
