Kids take their parent's jewelry and lose it. I found a ring for my former boss that he lost while mowing his yard. Another ring I found was by the TV antenna that a man had put up and he noticed his ring was gone. Several years back I found an engagement ring inside a shed with a concrete floor in the spot where they had built a fire to get "cozier"-if you know what I mean. The young ladies' face turned kinda red as this was the last place they wanted to tell me they had been. Another lady got mad at her husband and threw the ring out a car window while driving down a dirt road at nite-that was the only one I couldn't find. My best friend and I found a $2000 ring in a private pond where she had been on a jet ski and she stopped to get the lily pads off the bottom of the cowling and lost it there. I've found jewelry riding my bike either to work or to another site-it will gleam if the sun hits it just right. As Charless Garrett so aptly stated,"anywhere people have been....."
