Duggr, I'm impressed. I'm one of those DIY kind of guys and have never seen an inexpensive, yet simple and effective way to do this. I'm guessing this alternative is also rather water proof as well for mild rain. Assuming you found the shrink wrap bags on line and not having looked yet, do you have a link? For those who would rather not make it look as though you've smashed your detector and are holding it together with silver duct tape, they do make it in black. Great Idea.Thanks for sharing.

Glad to hear that. Best Screen cover out there..I wear leather gloves and get mud on the cover
and it cleans up Great!!
