My job as a self employed paint contractor/handyman takes me and my MD to many different homes in the county to work.Today I had a job for a Realtor at a house in a neighborhood we call 'Old Northeast",the homes are early 1900s,the yards are big,and have many old large oak trees. After finishing my work i got out the 705 and started on the back yard...started hitting clad right away,4 clad quarters were first, all 70s...then the next quarter signal,TID 42, was the copper bracelet....got a couple wheats, more clad, and another TID 42/44 that unearthed the Silver/turquoise ring, about 5" deep,no mark, looks old and beat up.....Went to the front yard and started MDing the driveway edge...got the 38 Washington, and the merc,a1918 i think, pretty worn.....and part of a clasp. The sterling bracelet/with stones was found in the front yard along a brick walkway to the front door,it was at least 5" deep and a TID of 14/16....Looks vintage... has the Sterling mark and a couple small hallmarks, the clasp is a double lock...I would think the stones are CZ? But I'll get it checked. GL All.. :)
