Got out to the local park this afternoon for about 3 hours worth of hunting. Theres one spot where dances used to be held, and it was bring and drink all the beer you can hold....not that I ever did that mind you Anyhow it's one constant null in this area there is some much junk. Before I headed to the park I took the etrac with the EQ2 6" coil out to the test garden to see what was the minium sensitivity that I would pick up a 5" deep dime at. That was 16 in manual, and -1 in auto, which in the test garden was 19 auto. So off to the trash I headed. Ran for a while in manual at 17 which was what the suggested bar was running, but wasn't having any luck, so I switched to auto -1, still no luck so then I went to auto -3 and things began to show up. Most of the time with auto -3 the etrac was running at around 15 sensitivity. Ended up with 5 wheaties, a 34d, 2-41, a 41d, and a 48d...5 silver dimes, 1912d, 39d, 41d, 42, and a 54d. The war nickle is a 1945d and came in at fe13co15...it was around 5" deep, and read a post the other day where someone was finding buffalos coming in at co15 so I dug it. Turning the sensitivity down and going slow with the EQ2 made for a really fun day! Thanks for looking and HH, ken-ks
