a funny thing happened while detecting on the beach

Last week I was detecting on Siesta Key Beach and a funny thing happened-----there was a middle aged guy from India on the beach with his family. He apparently got curious and was asking my wife about what I was doing--I couldn't hear him because I had my Grey Ghosts on. He wanted to know if the detector differentiated between items and some other questions. I was having a "not good" day with only a few hits. But about an hour later the guy and his family were packing up and he signaled me to come over. When I did he handed me a bunch of coins and then walked off. I chuckled and said thank you. My wife thinks that because I was wearing dark sunglasses and couldn't hear him because of the headphone he thought I was blind and deaf. It was kind of funny any way.

Great story Marty!
We need to get together again soon. Been kinda busy lately.

Bunker

That beach's sand looks like white flour and packs hard when wet. Bunker I look forward to it................I know where there is gold but we'd have to get there at the crack of dawn.....................
