The snow finally melted away so I thought I'd go out and give it a shot. I went to fishing spot at a stream in Rhode Island. Wasn't there but 20 seconds when I found this 1786 NJ copper at 7". The coin is in bad shape and even worse looking in the photo. Too much trash mixed with clad for the 12" coil to be effective. Will have to return with a smaller coil. Also found this neat button on the way out..................HH Rich
