Back in 87' when I first up to Brisbane I rented a house by myself.
It was a small house with a carport/garage to one side that I used as a workshop and storage.
And in those 3 yrs I worked in that shed I noticed 3 blocks of wood up on the top plate of his shed.
After 3 yrs I finally had to move out as the rent was a getting a bit to much, so a share situation was decided.
Moving my stuff off the property meant we had to clean and leave it in an acceptable condition.
When I came to cleaning out the shed I decided to hose down the walls and wash out all the accumalated
dust etc. And the blocks of wood had to go to.Well the first 2 blocks came down with a woody sound, but
when the 3rd block of wood was washed it broke opened and out spilled these little darlings.
All the coins where in almost in mint condition. I had a few more but I gave a couple to my parents.
There was also a larger type coin which I can't locate, but it is here somewhere at home.
I thought I would share this story with everyone.
Cheers and Happy Hunting
