A few recent finds.

[Ed (Upstate NY)]

After a real good April and May, things have sure cooled down in June. One of my worst months in years. Several hunts to the usually reliable parks have resulted in zero finds. I'm starting to think we might have finally cleaned them out ! I was lucky to dig a few silvers and a couple war nickels and Buffalo nickels to keep from getting totally skunked over the last three weeks. Met up with Park Pirate this morning and dug a Buffalo nickel and an old police hat badge before the flag football league showed up and forced us to abandon our hunt. We went to our regular park and didn't even dig a wheat cent. Pitiful !

Nice finds Ed- sweet badge! I echo the same sentiments about Seated park- I'll be ruined when I have to face the reality of that park being hunted out! Hopefully, if that's going to happen, then it happens as a result of the one last beating you, Tony, Mike and I give it!
