A few questions about a CZ-5 with a 10 1/2" coil attached!

Guys I am going to purchase a CZ-5 10 1/2" coil hadn't bought one yet and I have a few questions.
How is it on pinpointing and where is the location of the target when pinpointing with it? Also as far as balance with this coil attached how does the detector feel? Is it way to heavey or does it feel pretty well balanced? Also is there any advantages other than covering more ground? Also if there's any disadvantages let me know! What's a good price on one? That's about all I need to know! Thanks

The 10.5" will go deeper & cover a lot more ground. It's not that hard to pin point with either. It definitely adds weight to the detector. I chest mount my CZ & it works great with the 10.5" coil.

Where can I get one of these chest harnesses at?

Fisher sells them. Any detector dealer should be able to get you one. I don't go digging with out mine. It's just too much to swing with the box mounted on the s rod. It's like swinging a boat anchor.

I bought a used one for $75 delivered off of the classifieds.

It is a GREAT coil...but as has already been pointed out...feels like a 5 lb brick on the end of the rod:confused:

However...it LOVES silver dimes on edge:thumbup:

I don't use it much simply because I prefer the Sunray FZ-12...and have found silver halfway to China with that coil.:bouncy:
