Physical therapy was going ok-until today. I already hurt way too much, and that therapist did her thing, until I was crying. The arthritis in my spine is pretty bad, and this torture therapy is making it worse. I am going Friday, and if I hurt like this again afterwards, I WILL call my Dr. and tell him to keep his therapy, it is more than I can stand............
