Very nice Mattockman,
We sometimes refer to them as blob top ale bottles here, also I've found a few ceramic insulators, but not a glass one as yet. That's a nice piece.
Cheers Angela

thanks.....the state is dredging the river and finding tons of old bottles and Insulators....I wish I could pick thru the pile....they did mention lots of cobalt blue master inks....I once found tons of broken peices, tops of those down next to a diff. river....but no whole ones.....I love this hobby but lost my only friend I use to go with to a car accident, now I haven't gone since....I just don't like going alone, its no fun when you can't share the finds and enthusiasm.

Hello Mattockman,
I'm sorry to hear you lost your friend. I understand how you feel, because it is a hobby to share with others. I know it isn't the same as having someone with you, but it's nice to be able to talk with people from all over the world about our hobby on this forum! I certainly enjoy reading other bottlers posts and I've certainly enjoyed looking at yours! Thank you for sharing it with us!
Regards Angela:)

Yes it is nice sharing our finds....I also enjoy viewing the pics on here....I am going to get a better camera so I can take better pics inside the house.....and I would like to share some more of my finds....Cheers
