A few oldies

Here's a few things from a cellar hole and a small field on my job site. The field gave up the 1833 Matron Head cent and 2 buckles and the cellar had the early 1800's Liberty Cap cent, no date but they were made from 1797 to 1807 or somewhere in that range. This is the stuff I hunger for and it's few and far between lately. Ron
 
and thanks for posting the pics. As you know, not many of those old LC found their way to this part of the Country. But, being the eternal optimist, one of these days......!!! HH Randy
 
Stranger things have happened, Randy. Not many gold coins are found in New England, but you never know. Ron
 
I prefer relic hunting over coinshooting, detecting parks and such just keeps me busy while I wait for the fields to open up. HH, Mike
