A few old home site finds and ID help needed

My buddy and I hunted around an old home site that dates back to the late 1800's.
From what we were told by the land owner, the house burnt down many years ago.
Finds were few, but I did manage a nice hem weight and some kind of token.
There is nothing on the back of the token and it is aluminum.
The object in the center of the photo has got me baffled.
At first I thought it is the hilt to a knife, but I can't make sense of the hole on one side of the slot.
It has bumps on it which may be from the house fire although it was found a few feet away and to the front of the house.
It is made of bronze and is about a 1/4" thick.
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks in advance for any help and thanks for looking,
Felix

all great finds-am thinking the same on the knife hilt-hole may have been for a lanyard(think that's the right word)it may have come off a sword type weapon-sure someone will ID it.that thing on left looks like a feeler gauge-gaping tool.ya may be able to ID token at Richards token database.keep hitting that spot if able lots of good stuff

The one with the two holes is oddly the Tsuba (hand guard) for a samurai sword. The second hole next to it is for a small dagger that is kept in the scabbard of the sword and can be fished through the hole and into the hand secretly. I guess all those Iado lessons finally were good for something...lol. By the way...people collect these hardcore. The one in the photo I posted for comparison is advertised on the web for $350.00.
