The past few weeks I have strictly used my X30 and have given the X705 a little rest and time to think about its purpose in life(lol). I think I have had a great past few weeks. I have always like my X30. Very easy to use(no bells and whistles) and it seems to be a nickel and Indian head penny sucker.
Found a lot of clad and pull tabs, but was able to find these coins in highly detected areas thru the years! 1891 is a V nickel( they always come out of the ground very corroded) and the silver seated is a dime. None of the coins were to deep, bout 2-3 inch range. That's were most coins up here in MA from the mid 1800's to late 1800's are.
I just might go back to being a one machine kind of guy!!!!!!!! I really do enjoy the X30. Happy Hunting....Emmett
