I’ve been digging mostly low to mid tones with my Nox it’s definitely been paying off old hotel and local closed school yard ... The chain only rang up 12-13 so I’m not sure about it because it’s mark 925 on the clasp but hit like gold ..toy lead Indian and a old D buckle that still has the leather on it.
Nox in field 2
Recovery 6
No discrimination
Iron 0
Sensitivity 20-25 cell tower in the school yard

Nice ones Mark, the silver is probably good it just doesn't have the mass of say a silver coin. It's interesting to see people detecting in England discriminating out hammered silvers because the can go as low as 2 on the Equinox. I love the second ring it looks old, is it marked?
HH Jeff

Until I dug one of those Gladdich (sp?) rings I had never seen or knew about them, now this is the 4-5th one posted. Luck of the Irish...... Nice finds!!!

Thanks guys I’ve found a few of those Irish rings 4 rings this week been a good week!

Good hunting. Targets like that make for a fun filled outing.

I was digging squeakers the other day in a hard hit spot and recovered a silver chain with 925 Italy on the clasp, but the links were smaller then yours. Got one small high tone tic with my F 75 and kind of like a faint burrrr over the target. The chain was spread out, so must have hit the clasp. Chains are tough finds for most detectors. Good investigation on your part and little doubt it is silver. HH jim tn

I've always wanted to find a Claddagh ring. Congrats on yours and the rest of the haul!
