Sitting here daydreaming already about next years hunt.
This is the best of the buttons, haven't cleaned up completely yet, Royal Artillery on left dates 1790-1815 period, the gold livery button got me real excited when I dug it as thought it to be hammered gold, no such luck and heck, you guys don't want to see somebody dig 3 gold coins in a week anyway right??

Next up is one of my favorite finds, a complete dropped flint from a flintlock rifle, perfectly square and an eyeballed find. Everyone was envious of this little guy.

Last up are this pair of medieval sword hangers 16th-17th century and complete and identical to reference book.

you had a real nice hunt over there, I'm glad for you and the rest of the American/Canadian side people that can hunt there. Chris's place is definitely a reality hunt, the fields treated me just as they do here in Germany, sometimes great and a lot of times crap. HH and thanks for sharing the finds, Mike
