A friend and I went out some today and hunted around a house that date back to the 1890's.
We didn't find anything old except for a 1922 dog tag. There is much trash in the yard and some electrical interference from the power transformer that we had to cope with in some areas of the yard.
After lunch we went to an old school grounds and I found three wheat cents.... 1948, 1950, and 1952.
I also found a 1944 mercury dime, a boy scout badge, and a token.
