A few hunts, over a Celtic Fortress and something I should not have said to the troops...

Tuesday I was determined to detect a field on a hillside near a Celtic fortress however, I was not sure how to get to it easily. I drive past it every day. I checked Google Earth several times and found two possibilities. One turned out to be a stream crossing and the other is a rutted muddy road through the forest, my Audi sports car can

Awesome finds! What an amazing place to be detecting. My wife is fascinated by the Celts and would love to see such a place.
The X-70 should reign supreme on such a location (as you seem to have discovered).

The Celts were fond of silver so be sure to keep an eye out for tiny bits.

Here's a Celtic earring I purchased from a museum collection which was found with an X-Terra (70?)
Was dated at c3200 BC and is only very small... about 12mm wide.

Good finds you have there. There's bound to be much more should you get to go over the place again.
Your collection of finds from that region sure covers a range of interesting dates!
