A few early morning relics

I got out this morning and had a good hunt. I brought two friends with me who are new at hunting. One of them called over and said "yes!!, I got my first coin!,shoot it is a button" I walked over and he had a French cuff button from the battle . He said I was hoping it was a musket ball. He thought it was not a great find. I told him I would trade a bag full of musket balls for it. That is what its all about! The pics are from the last weekof hunting but most of the stuff was from today. The watch is not gold and is pretty modern but it was still exciting. I have only found one other watch and that was ten years ago. I am gonna hit the woods in the morning and try to find a nice button .Thanks for looking and happy hunting. :detecting: :usaf: :beers:

Hello Birdman, I see the chain of an old fob watch, a pocket knife, a thimble, buttons, all very nice finds along with the musket balls! I'd try to find the watch that belongs to the chain! It's gotta be out there somewhere......:)
