A few different fire hydrants...........

Kelley (Texas)

New member
When out in the field taking pictures, I am always on the look out for old fire hydrants. I have been told that there are approximately 50 different types of fire hydrants and maybe one of these days I will have a picture of each one. Kelley (Texas) :)

Never seen a silver fire hydrant before Kelley.... most around here are red and white, or yellow. Also, don't know if you noticed it, but in the third photo you can almost make out where in NY it was made. :)

when made. every time I go out into the field, I try to get a picture of a fire hydrant or a park bench as a bonus, just a fun thing to do. Kelley (Texas) :)
