A day in a CS camp

Half of a CS spur, 13-.69 caliber round balls,
3-.54 caliber Richmond Labs Sharps, 1-.58 caliber one ring Gardner bullet, (very unusual type), 3- flat buttons , only 1 pictured, iron buckle that went on the spur strap, The round brass piece went on a powder flask, triangle shaped knapsack hook, melted lead from one of the camp fires, 2- fired yankee bullets.. I had a great time today.. My first site out this fall..Looking for the CS two-piece as always..

Benedict and Coe was a button manufacturer from 1829-1834.. Then bacame the company of Benedict and Benedict.Notice the cloth still in the shank.Kind of neat
